My Job

I love my job! Most people hate working in the customer service profession, but I love it. I love the feeling of making customers happy and putting a smile on their face. One customer confided in me that she was on the way to a funeral for her husband. She was very flustered and I offered to give her a hug and she gladly accepted it. I felt so good. When people shop, they need to feel like they are a human being. I get the occasional customers that no matter what you do, you can’t make them happy, but I always try my best.
